Thank you so much to a friend for DM’ing me and asking what exercises are great for that super stubborn lower belly area. I didn’t waste anytime getting some good belly blasting and muscle building moves together for y’all. Let me know how it goes and what you think! Hollow body - hold for 60 seconds Hollow body with toe touches - 10 reps (5 on each side) Leg lifts with hip tip - 10 reps Kickouts - 10 reps Up and overs - 15 reps REPEAT SET X3 Hit me up if you are needing a boost to get to your next goal!

GET IT IN, where it fits in! Fitting in exercise can be super tough with kids and the crazy busy life that most of us are navigating.
Here are my top 8 ways you can get more movement/exercise into your day: 1. Sneak in extra movement. Yes, it may be tough but carve out 3-5 minutes throughout the day. It adds up fast and all counts as progress! 2. Trade workout times with a spouse or friend. 3. Try a workout video so there’s no need to shuffle the kids to childcare to go to the gym. 4. Workout in the morning before kids are up so you can get your sweat on uninterrupted. 5. Aim for shorter but higher impact workouts. 6. Utilize a jogging stroller. Take it on the road - literally! 7. Dance party - all by yourself or get the kiddos involved! 8. Make it a date. Maybe you and your spouse can make moving your body your new date night - hike, the gym, dance lessons, the sky’s the limit! Say it, sing it, pray it! It’s time to make it rain! Calling all warriors of the Light to circle up! The Mother is burning and she needs to HEAR our prayers. We must call on the element of water to bring rain. My heart was up all night chanting for this sweet nectar to fall from the sky and all I could hear back was “louder. gather more.” We’ve made it rain before and I know we can do it again.

I am also going to be at the end of Pecho Rd in Los Osos at 5pm TONIGHT (Friday) for anyone that would like to join me. We will maintain social distancing protocols. Sisters, Brothers, Children - all are welcome! It will not take long at all - 15-30 mins. Invite others who will help us raise our vibrations and prayers even higher. |
