I didn’t waste anytime getting some good belly blasting and muscle building moves together for y’all.

Hollow body - hold for 60 seconds
Hollow body with toe touches - 10 reps (5 on each side)
Leg lifts with hip tip - 10 reps
Kickouts - 10 reps
Up and overs - 15 reps
REPEAT SET X3
