I had a friend who was needing a low impact workout because of her bad knee. She also doesn’t have any equipment so this is the body blasting combo I came up with for her. Let me know if you give it a try and how you like it! Walk the Dog- 20 reps (alternating 10 on each side) Glute Bridge - 10 reps Plank Push Up - 12 reps (alternating 6 on each side) Body Weight Squats - 6 reps Plank Shoulder Taps - 12 reps (alternating 6 on each side) Leg Balance with Triple Reach - 12 reps (6 on each side) REPEAT SET X3 Hit me up if you are needing a boost to get to your next goal!
