 I did it!! I am officially a CERTIFIED AFPA Kickboxing Instructor!! Talk about tears of joy. It’s NEVER too late to make your dream a reality! I’m living proof. I’ve overcome 100 lbs of extra weight, worked my way through two kinds of autoimmune disease - Hashimotos and fibromyalgia, run two businesses, raising two kiddos, homeschool and an enrichment program, and just LIFE in general. Phewsh! Who can relate? We ALL have things, excuses, and setbacks. It is what we do because of and in spite of them that adds up to success in reaching your goals.
Opportunity + Determination = SUCCESS . Damn, it feels good to be a gangsta...erp, I mean certified

 It's official! I have lost 100 lbs since my daughter was born.
This did NOT happen overnight. REAL TALK - I did not want to look for pictures from “before”. I didn’t want to remember the person who was struggling and so unhappy BUT I am SOOOOOO happy I did! What a gift be able to see the transformation on the outside but, more importantly for me, what’s changed on the inside. I didn’t bandaid fix the head trips that were holding me back. I went deep - real f*cking deep. Through the journey of my own self healing I became an indigenous healer who was taught how to work the Peruvian Medicine Wheel and use her Mesa for profound inner work and healing of both myself and others. This was when the real shifts started happening for me. If you are in a weight loss journey do not forget some of the most important “muscles” to work - brain, heart, and soul. Last month I was honored to complete my Reiki Master training with the ever amazing Lauren Riffle! It was a year and a half long journey of self reflection and LOVE. I am so blessed to have this practice as part of my daily life but also able to use this beautiful "life force" energy to help others shift, heal, and be empowered on their journey. I have also submitted by exam answers to be a AFPA certified Kickboxing Instructor this week! This will be another tool to give my clients a more complete and comprehensive experience. I am hoping to have my results back and certification in my hands within 2 weeks. Woohoo! If these two certifications weren't enough, I have decided to officially signed up for the AFPA Personal Training Certification program. I want to feel as confident as possible in providing my clients with the most comprehensive sessions possible. I am planning on doing this by providing options and packages for COMPLETE body healing - emotional, mental, spiritual, and now on a physical level that is much more in depth than I have ever offered before. I am beyond excited for what the now and future holds!

🔥🦋🥰 I'm SUPER happy to announce that my Kickboxing with a Purpose series will now be offered as a WEEKLY class for $60 per month or $20 for drop ins starting in April! ANOTHER BIG CHANGE is that this class will be for women, girls, AND BOYS (8+ yrs)!!! It will be Tues 530-630. This will allow those who cannot sign on for a full six weeks to still be able to join in all the good times and for my current students the opportunity to continue honing in their skills. 🧐🥊 KIDS SPRING BREAK CAMP!!! Are you looking for something really fun to keep your kids busy for Spring Break?! Well, I got ya covered! Space is limited to 8 and I need a minimum of 4 to run the camp.  I am SUPER excited to be offering this new class! This is a class for a mentor (parent, grandparent, caregiver) to participate in class WITH their child. This class is geared for 5-8 year olds but older children are welcome to attend. It will be offered in a 4 week series. It will focus on the 4 kickboxing principles: respect, self control, courage, and integrity.
 I could be more excited to announce that all future kickboxing classes will be held at Omni Studio here in Morro Bay! New classes will be starting there in January. Check out our "offerings" to get more info and to get registered!

My first Girl’s Kickboxing and Mindfulness class this morning was a complete success!! I could tell the girls were shy and a little apprehensive at first but by the end we were all full of giggles and smiles. A huge thanks to the parents who signed their daughters up! This is going to be a fantastic 6 weeks!! I still have spots available in the Monday 330pm class. 6 weeks series. Starts 11/12-12/17. $85 PM me to reserve your spot today. 😁
